Delta Air Lines is set to launch its New Distribution Capability (NDC) content through Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport by the end of this year. The airline has been developing its NDC platform since April 2024 and plans to make it available for travel agencies and corporate booking platforms.

The rollout will give users access to a broader range of Delta products, including flight shopping, instant and deferred ticketing, cancellations, private fares, and corporate travel benefits. The airline is also developing selected direct connections and working with corporate travel partners like American Express Global Business Travel to integrate NDC into their booking tools.

Delta has taken a slower approach than major U.S. rivals American Airlines and United Airlines, giving the carrier more time to develop servicing capabilities before introducing the platform broadly to agencies. The airline emphasizes that its NDC launch is intended to add another distribution option rather than remove existing ones.
