DHL and Singapore Airlines Renew Freight Partnership with Boeing 777
DHL Express and Singapore Airlines have renewed their partnership to operate five Boeing 777 freighters at Singapore Changi Airport. The aircraft will continue to be crewed by SIA pilots, while SIA engineers oversee maintenance.
The renewal agreement reflects the companies' commitment to building a strong network capacity that supports global trade. The five Boeing 777 freighters, which entered service in 2022, provide reliable air capacity for time-sensitive cross-border trade and can carry up to 102 tons of cargo each.
The partnership deepens DHL's global aviation capabilities while anchoring more long-haul cargo capacity at Changi. It reflects both companies' confidence in the long-term growth of international trade and the central role of reliable air connectivity in supporting global supply chains.
