DHL and Singapore Airlines Renew Partnership for Five Boeing 777 Freighters
DHL Express and Singapore Airlines have renewed their partnership for five Boeing 777 freighters based at Singapore Changi Airport.
The agreement, which began in 2022, allows SIA pilots to continue operating the aircraft while SIA engineers oversee maintenance. This arrangement supports reliable time-definite express and e-commerce shipments between DHL's South Asia Hub in Singapore and key destinations in the United States.
'The renewal of this agreement underlines our commitment to building and investing in the network capacity that keeps global trade moving,' said Travis Cobb, Executive Vice President for Network Operations & Aviation at DHL Express. 'These five Boeing 777 freighters have become an integral part of our intercontinental operations.'
