Dimon Leads SpaceX Pitch to 2500 Wealthy Clients Amid Record IPO Ambitions
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon is set to pitch SpaceX's IPO to over 2,500 wealthy clients this week alongside senior executives. The company is targeting a record $75 billion raise and a fully diluted valuation above $1.8 trillion ahead of its June 12 Nasdaq debut.
SpaceX is expanding access to its IPO beyond traditional Wall Street buyers and into the retail market, with retail investors able to purchase shares at the same price as institutional investors.
Rocket Lab, Intuitive Machines, Sidus Space, and Firefly Aerospace all reversed overnight losses on Wednesday, gaining between 1% and 0.5% after a brutal selloff sparked by concerns over SpaceX's valuation.
