Disney Brings Lakeshore Lodge Magic to New York City
Disney is bringing a taste of its upcoming Lakeshore Lodge to New York City. The company has created a 3D street mural in Flatiron Plaza, showcasing the resort's serene atmosphere and lazy river experience.
The installation, designed by Tracy Lee Stum, will be on display from October 2nd to 5th at the corner of 23rd Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The mural is a preview of Disney's Lakeshore Lodge, which is set to open on July 1st, 2027.
Disney's Lakeshore Lodge will be a waterfront retreat along Bay Lake, celebrating nature through the artistry of Disney storytelling. Inspired by Walt Disney's love for the great outdoors, the resort will draw from decades of Disney Animation stories rooted in nature.
