The Walt Disney Company has acquired the former headquarters of Yamaha Motor Corp. USA in Cypress, California for $115 million. The property, which includes industrial, flex-warehouse and office buildings on 25 acres, was sold by Avison Young to Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S. Inc.

The sale price of $115.29 million was confirmed through public records viewed at PropertyShark.com. Yamaha has been slowly relocating from the campus in Cypress as it restructures its operations in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Yamaha will lease back the property until 2028, according to a news release from Avison Young. The company's departure is part of 'structural reforms' aimed at improving profitability in response to cost increases from tariffs and changes in the market environment.
