Disney Communications Chief Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul Departs Amid Company Shakeups
Naomi Bulochnikov-Paul, executive vice president of communications for Disney Entertainment Television, has left The Walt Disney Company after eight years. Her departure comes as the company undergoes significant changes in its television and entertainment operations.
Bulochnikov-Paul joined Disney in 2018 and held various roles, including senior vice president of communications for ABC Entertainment and executive vice president of publicity and head of communications for Disney General Entertainment. In April 2026, she was promoted to EVP of communications for Disney Entertainment Television, reporting directly to Debra O'Connell and Paul Roeder.
The exit follows other leadership changes at Disney since Josh D'Amaro became CEO earlier this year. Joe Earley recently moved into a new role as president of Disney Entertainment Television Franchise and Content Strategy. Bulochnikov-Paul has also been recognized for her work outside of Disney, receiving the Medal of Hope at the Race to Erase MS Gala in June 2026.
