Disney Expands Free Airport Luggage Delivery Service Beyond Value Resorts
Walt Disney World is expanding its free airport luggage delivery service to more hotels. The perk, previously only available at five value-level resorts, now includes Caribbean Beach Resort as an eligible property.
The expansion follows a test that began in 2025, initially limited to three hotels and guests flying with Southwest Airlines. Since then, the service has slowly expanded to additional hotels and airlines, including American Airlines, United Airlines, and briefly Delta Airlines before its removal from Disney's website.
Disney partners with third-party service BagCheck to pick up guests' luggage from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and deliver it directly to their hotel. At the end of the vacation, Disney delivers the luggage again from the hotel to MCO.
The service is free for guests checking bags, flying with participating airlines, and staying at eligible hotels. To use the Airport Luggage Transfer service, guests must enroll up to 30 days before their flight by filling out a form on Disney's website.
