Disney Fans Celebrate History of Los Feliz Neighborhood
D23 celebrated the second anniversary of Disney Bros. Cartoon Studio Square in Los Angeles' Los Feliz neighborhood, honoring the location where Walt and Roy Disney founded their cartoon studio in 1923.
The event was a small community gathering that included photo opportunities, community information tables, skating demonstrations, and family-friendly entertainment.
D23 had a booth at the event, offering special anniversary A Goofy Movie sunglasses to attendees and allowing fans to spin a wheel for a free prize.
Performances in the street featured classic Disney tunes, including songs from the original Country Bear Jamboree.
