Disney Files Patent for AI-Powered Ride System Maintenance

A new patent filed by Disney in March of this year has revealed plans to use AI technology to detect issues within ride systems at their theme parks.

The patented system, which is set to be more effective and reliable than human monitoring, uses two separate systems that learn from audio input from around the attraction.

One system filters out background noise, while the other detects any deviations from normal sounds of machinery and equipment, pinpointing potential issues for maintenance.
