Disney Joins Universal at $4 Billion Global Box Office Milestone
Disney has become the second studio to reach $4 billion at the global box office in 2026, following Universal's milestone earlier this month.
The milestone is powered by Pixar's Toy Story 5 and 20th Century Studios' The Devil Wears Prada 2. Toy Story 5 has raked in over $1.1 billion worldwide, with over $470 million coming from North America and $624 million from international markets.
The film currently ranks as the third highest-grossing Hollywood release of the year so far. The Devil Wears Prada 2 has more than doubled the original film's lifetime global box office on $691 million, earning over $220 million in North America and $471 million internationally.
