Disney Jollywood Nights 2026 Adds New Lounge and Rare Character Meet-and-Greets

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is introducing new features for the 2026 return of Disney Jollywood Nights, promising fresh experiences for attendees. The event will debut a new lounge called Checkin’ It Twice, located in Animation Courtyard. This stylish spot will offer specialty beverages, live DJ performances, and entertainment throughout the night, providing a relaxing area for guests to unwind during the busy holiday event. In addition to the lounge, Jollywood Nights will feature rare character meet-and-greets with Monsters, Inc. favorites Mike Wazowski, George Sanderson, and Needleman. George Sanderson, known for the infamous “2319” incident involving a child’s sock, and Needleman, who operates the door shredder, are making their first appearances at this event. These meet-and-greets are particularly exciting as they preview the upcoming Monstropolis land, set to open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2027.
