Disney's Walt World Annual Passholders were locked out of EPCOT and Hollywood Studios on September 26, 2026, due to a reservation limit. The passholders' reservations at both parks reached capacity, while other ticket holders could still enter with available reservations.
This limitation is not a park-wide closure or a full resort shutdown, according to Disney's terms. Annual Passes have an allocated daily reservation inventory that differs from the total reservation capacity, which can be filled by ticket purchasers even after the passholder inventory is exhausted.
The timing of this event follows a month where Disney loosened restrictions with Good-to-Go Days. However, September 26 was not among the added dates for reservation-free entry. EPCOT is currently hosting the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which may have contributed to increased attendance.
Passholders can still enter the parks after 2 p.m. without a theme park reservation but are advised to check the current Annual Passholder admission calendar and My Disney Experience for availability changes. The company's terms state that reservations can reappear if another guest cancels or if Disney releases additional Passholder inventory.
