UCF Athletics has announced a significant partnership with Walt Disney World Resort, which will feature the iconic entertainment company's logo on the back of the Knights' football helmets. This marks an expansion of their existing agreement, first reported by ESPN's Pete Thamel, and will be seen for the first time during Saturday's game against TCU.

The partnership is not just limited to the logo; it represents a deeper collaboration between UCF Athletics and Walt Disney World Resort to engage with fans and celebrate Central Florida's unique spirit. According to Terry Mohajir, UCF athletics director, 'Walt Disney World is part of the fabric of Central Florida,' and this relationship brings together two organizations with strong roots in the community.

This partnership follows other college programs that have featured corporate sponsors on their helmet bumpers, including Minnesota and Utah. Walt Disney World Resort has a long history with UCF, having reached an agreement in 2019 to serve as the school's official theme park, water park, resort, and cruise line destination.
