Disney Parks Announce Avengers Infinity Defense, Antonio's Fiesta de Encanto and Coco Attractions

Disney's D23 Experiences Showcase at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, was packed with announcements for its Disney Parks, Disney Cruise Line, and other attractions. The event featured updates on several upcoming projects, including Avengers Infinity Defense at Disneyland's Disney California Adventure.

The Avengers Infinity Defense attraction will star some of the biggest names in the MCU, including Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth's Thor, Anthony Mackie's Captain America, Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye, and Iman Vellani's Ms. Marvel. The attraction is set to open in 2028 and will see guests helping reassemble the Avengers to battle King Thanos.

Another attraction announced was Antonio's Fiesta de Encanto at Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom. This ride will invite guests to celebrate Antonio's new gift of speaking with animals, and will feature main voice actors from Encanto reprising their roles.

The Coco attraction at Disneyland's Disney California Adventure is also getting a revamp, taking place a year after the original film. The story follows Miguel as he revisits his memories of the Land of the Dead, and will have no height requirement.
