Disney+ Partner Promotions Offer Free Access to Streaming Service
Disney+ has ended its seven-day free trial period, but subscribers can still get access to the streaming service through various partner promotions. In 2019, Disney+ offered a seven-day free trial, but it was discontinued in 2020 ahead of the premiere of Hamilton. However, deal-savvy streamers can take advantage of free or discounted access through partner subscriptions.
One option is to sign up for DirecTV's four Signature packages - Entertainment, Choice, Ultimate, or Premier - which come bundled with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. These packages offer a five-day free trial, allowing new subscribers to watch at no cost for five days. After the trial period, Disney+ will remain included in the selected live TV streaming package at no extra charge.
Verizon unlimited plans, specifically the 5G Do More and 5G Start plans, include six free months of Disney+ Premium (the ad-free version) just by signing up. This means new subscribers can enjoy Disney+ at no cost for six months, with the subscription auto-renewing through their mobile service at $18.99 per account after the trial period.
