Disney Revives Iconic Animation Experience After Decade-Long Hiatus

A decade after its original closure, Disney's Magic of Disney Animation experience is set to reopen at Hollywood Studios in Florida.

The revamped attraction is inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios' campus in Burbank, California, and Disney's Once Upon a Studio short film.

Disney says all 64 of its animated feature films are represented throughout the experience, with characters, artwork, and hidden references for guests to discover.

'We wanted to use the advantage of technology and a new kind of more interactive way of playing to bring some of these characters to life that you probably wouldn’t get to see otherwise in the parks,' said Andres Aranguibel with Disney Photo Imaging Creative Design.
