Disney Rolls Out Price Hikes, Park Closures, and New Perks Ahead of Holiday Season
Disney has announced several changes and updates to its parks and services, including price increases for Disney+ and Hulu, expanded Disney Visa cardmember perks at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and reduced prices for Disney Cruise Line sailings in 2027.
In addition, the company has revealed new park changes and closures as it transitions from Halloween to the holidays, including new fitness class offerings and parking updates. The Walt Disney World BoardWalk is also facing an upcoming closure and major opening. Meanwhile, Disneyland has announced new dining changes that impact both parks, and the former CEO of Disney has made comments on price increases and Disney Adults.
The company has also expanded its affordable hotel activities at Walt Disney World, and revealed all the details for the 2026 EPCOT Candlelight Processional dining packages. Additionally, a favorite Disney Springs restaurant is offering a new spooky Halloween menu, and the only nightlife spot at Walt Disney World is now closing as another lounge prepares to open.
