Disney+ Streams UEFA Women's Champions League on ESPN
Disney has announced its coverage of the UEFA Women's Champions League on ESPN, which will be available to stream on Disney+ across Europe. The season kicks off in September with 75 matches from the competition streaming live on the platform.
The schedule begins on September 22 and 23 with Matchday 1, featuring teams such as FC Bayern München, Manchester City, and Real Madrid C.F. Each match will be available to stream in English, along with the languages of the playing teams.
Alongside live coverage, Disney+ will also host a new live studio format called 'The Hangout', which will provide pre-match build-up, half-time analysis, and post-match reaction throughout the evening. The show will be hosted by Alex Scott MBE and Shebahn Aherne, with expert pundits including Leanne Sanderson, Nedum Onuoha, and Sanne and Merel van Dongen.
