Raquel Lee, a former child star who rose to fame in the early 2000s, has filed a lawsuit against The Walt Disney Company alleging negligence and alleged on-set sexual abuse while filming the 2001 Disney Channel movie 'The Poof Point.'

Lee was just 14 years old at the time of filming and claims she was repeatedly sexually abused by a 'middle-aged, male Disney employee' who gave her alcohol and assaulted her multiple times on set. The employee allegedly made suggestive comments to Lee in front of other adults, but no one intervened.

The lawsuit also alleges that production separated Lee from her guardian and failed to provide adequate supervision during filming.

Lee claims that after the alleged abuse, her behavior changed dramatically, but Disney executives blamed her for her deteriorating performance instead of investigating. They even canceled an upcoming role she was set to have in a different project.

Lee's attorneys stated that 'this conduct is inexcusable, and those involved, directly or indirectly, must be held accountable.'
