Disney Sued Over Alleged Sex Abuse on 2001 Movie Set

Raquel Lee Boileau, a former child actress, has filed a lawsuit against the Walt Disney Company alleging that they failed to protect her from repeated sexual assault on the set of their 2001 Disney Channel movie The Poof Point.

According to the complaint, when Bolleau was just 14 years old, she was supplied with alcohol and pressured to consume it by a middle-aged male Disney employee. This individual, who is referred to as 'Mr. John Doe' in the lawsuit, allegedly raped her on multiple occasions during filming.

The lawsuit claims that the company knew or should have known about the employee's behavior but failed to take action to protect Bolleau and other minors on set.
