Disney Sued Over On-Set Abuse Allegations from Former Child Actor Raquel Lee

Raquel Lee, a former child actor who appeared in the Disney Channel movie 'The Poof Point' in 2001, has filed a negligence lawsuit against Walt Disney Company alleging on-set abuse.

The complaint states that an adult male employee repeatedly raped and sexually assaulted her when she was 14 years old during filming in Utah.

The suit alleges that Disney facilitated and concealed the abuse rather than stopping it, and that its set was not safe for children.

Lee's account is an indictment of the adults around her as much as the man she accuses, according to the complaint.
