Disney Teams with Vidio for Indonesia Streaming Bundle
Disney has announced a new streaming partnership in Indonesia with Vidio, the country's largest streaming service. The two companies will offer a joint bundle called 'Vidio Ultimate Disney+ All Screen Bundle', combining Vidio's premium content with Disney+'s popular titles.
The bundle will include a curated selection of Disney+ shows, including 'Flex X Cop', 'High Potential', and 'Grey's Anatomy'. This move is part of Disney's efforts to grow its subscriber base in the region, which has been identified as an exciting market for the streaming service.
'This announcement is part of our focus on accelerating collaborations to expand the reach, engagement and fandom of Disney+ in APAC,' said Tony Zameczkowski, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Direct-to-Consumer, Asia Pacific, The Walt Disney Company.
Vidio CEO Sutanto Hartono added that the partnership will 'elevate the streaming experience for fans and new audiences' by bringing together two complementary entertainment experiences in one premium offering.
