Disney Teases New Pin Collections for D23
Disney recently previewed several upcoming pin collections at D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. The pin-focused panel, titled 'Beyond the Magic: Disney Pin Trading,' featured members of the Pin Trading product design team. They discussed their roles and the concept-design process for creating Disney pins.
The team revealed a quick look at some of the upcoming designs and pin collections fans can expect in 2026. Among the showcased collections are several themed around Beauty and the Beast's 30th anniversary, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, and the Holidays at the Parks.
The Beauty and the Beast collection includes designs featuring Belle, the Beast, Gaston, LeFou, Lumière, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, Chip, and other characters. A circular pin assortment arranged around the enchanted rose is one of the more elaborate designs in this collection.
Disney also teased a 24-day gingerbread-themed Advent calendar that will contain pins depicting Disney characters as holiday cookies. The packaging resembles a decorated kitchen oven, with one pin concealed behind each daily compartment. Additionally, a decorative pin board to display all the gingerbread pins is designed to resemble a cookie sheet.
The EPCOT holiday pins continue the style of a similar collection released last year and feature designs for France, the United States, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Each design includes Mickey and friends in festive attire.
