Disney Unveils Exciting Updates for Orlando Theme Parks

Disney has announced a slew of new attractions and updates for its Orlando theme parks. One of the most significant changes is coming to Epcot, where Spaceship Earth will be reimagined for the first time in nearly 20 years.

This major makeover follows a previous overhaul that was announced but ultimately canceled during the pandemic.

Another classic attraction at Epcot, Journey Into Imagination, is also getting a new chapter. The ride will feature the return of Dreamfinder and Figment, the purple dragon who has been an Epcot staple since 1983.

In addition to these updates at Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios is expected to open a new land inspired by Monsters, Inc. in 2027, earlier than previously anticipated.

The door-themed roller coaster planned for the land will open at a later date, and construction continues on Villains Land and Piston Peak at Magic Kingdom, although no opening dates have been provided.
