Disney Unveils Nostalgic Throwback Entertainment Lineup for Disneyland

Disney's D23 theme parks showcase took place at the Anaheim Convention Center on Saturday night. The event featured a live broadcast of the Horizons: A Carousel of Progress showcase, which was hosted by actor Neil Patrick Harris. Harris opened the show with a song about wanting to be a Disney Audio-Animatronic.

During the showcase, Walt Disney Imagineering unveiled new details about upcoming Disney attractions currently under construction and in development. The company announced that Disneyland will take a nostalgic trip down memory lane in 2027 with a throwback entertainment lineup featuring classic shows and parades from previous years.

The lineup includes the return of the 'Remember… Dreams Come True' fireworks show, which debuted in 2005, as well as the original 'World of Color' water show from 2010 and the 2020 Magic Happens parade. The announcement was made during the Horizons: A Carousel of Progress showcase at the Honda Center.
