Disney Unveils Vintage Seaside Theatre Concept at BoardWalk's Hurly-Burly

Disney's BoardWalk is gearing up for its October 1 opening with the debut of Hurly-Burly, a live entertainment lounge that promises to transport guests back in time. The venue's interior has been revealed through recent photos shared by Disney on social media.

The space leans heavily into the vintage seaside theatre concept, with key details including a dedicated performance stage framed with red theatre curtains and exposed brick behind, as well as a deep blue colour palette throughout.

Guests can expect to find seating in the form of powder blue tub chairs around white marble-top tables, darker upholstered booth seating along the walls, and mixed occasional chairs. A pressed tin ceiling panel section adds to the vintage theatre feel, while star-shaped wall sconce lighting and gold-accented arched niches in the walls complete the look.

Hurly-Burly will be open daily from 4pm to 1am, with afternoons available to all ages featuring trivia and games led by a live host. From 9pm, the venue is 21-and-over only, and live music will take center stage.
