Disney Updates 2026 Candlelight Processional Celebrity Lineup
Walt Disney World has updated the lineup for the 2026 Candlelight Processional at EPCOT, removing one celebrity and adding two new narrators. This annual holiday event, part of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, will run from November 27 to December 30, 2026. The festival is one day longer than last year, concluding shortly after the end of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival on November 21, 2026.
The Candlelight Processional, a tradition since 1971, features celebrity narrators, live orchestras, and choirs from across Florida and Disney cast members. Showtimes for 2026 are set at 4:45 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. at the America Gardens Theatre. Disney has announced the celebrity narrators for the event, though one slot remains unfilled.
Among the highlights are the additions of Benjamin Bratt and Robin Roberts, while Auli‘i Cravalho has been removed from the schedule. Other notable narrators include Whoopi Goldberg, Neil Patrick Harris, and Henry Winkler. Disney has noted that cancellations can occur at any time, and local celebrities are often called in to fill last-minute gaps.
The revised lineup includes five new celebrity narrators, with only two returning from the previous year. Fans have expressed mixed reactions, appreciating the balance between new talent and returning favorites, though some have noted the absence of long-time narrators like Josh Gad and Gloria Estefan.
