Noodle & Caboodle Entertainment has appointed Jay Francis as an advisor to its creative development and IP studio. Francis is a former Disney executive who spent nearly two decades in leadership roles at Disney Television Animation.
During his time at Disney, Francis oversaw production on popular animated series such as Phineas & Ferb, Big City Greens, Amphibia, Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, and Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero. He also created and led the department's inclusion and mentorship programs.
