Disney World Offers First October 2026 Good to Go Day for Passholders
Walt Disney World has announced its first Good to Go Day for October 2026, offering Annual Passholders a chance to visit the parks without prior reservations. On Tuesday, October 6, eligible passholders can enter Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, or Disney’s Animal Kingdom without making a park reservation. This flexibility allows for more spontaneous visits, though capacity and blockout dates still apply.
Currently, October 6 is the only Good to Go Day for the month, but Disney has shown a pattern of adding more dates as the month progresses. In September, the company added 11 such days, suggesting that October could follow a similar trend. Passholders are encouraged to regularly check the calendar for updates.
For those who already have reservations for October 6, Disney automatically removes the requirement, freeing up reservation slots without the need for manual cancellation. This feature helps passholders manage their plans more efficiently, especially if they prefer last-minute visits.
The Good to Go Days differ from the standard 2 p.m. rule, which allows passholders to enter parks in the afternoon without reservations, except for Magic Kingdom on weekends. With October 6 marking the start of reservation-free opportunities, passholders should stay alert for additional dates that may be added later in the month.
