Disney World raises annual pass and ticket prices amid park expansions
Walt Disney World has announced price increases for its annual passes and some single-day tickets, making visits to the theme parks even more costly. The top-tier Disney Incredi-Pass, which offers unlimited access to all four parks without block-out dates, now costs $1,749, up from $1,629 last October, a 7.4% increase. The Disney Sorcerer Pass, available only to Florida residents and eligible Disney Vacation Club members, has risen to $1,139 from $1,099, a 3.6% increase. The Disney Pirate Pass, exclusive to Florida residents with over 60 block-out dates, now costs $909, up from $869, a 4.6% increase. The Disney Pixie Pass, which allows entry on weekdays during certain times, has increased by $10 to $499.
Single-day ticket prices have also seen hikes, with the most expensive ticket in 2026 priced at $209 for the Magic Kingdom on major holidays. Next year, tickets for the Magic Kingdom on Christmas and New Year’s Eve will cost $229. The least expensive single-day ticket remains at $119 for select dates at the Animal Kingdom. Over the last decade, the highest-priced single-day park tickets have increased by 84%.
Disney World’s Lightning Lane skip-the-line service has also seen price increases. The most expensive Lightning Lane Premier Pass, offering one-time access to all Lightning Lane attractions, has increased by $50 for peak dates at the Magic Kingdom.
Despite the nation’s affordability crisis, Disney leaders have stated their focus is on providing more value for the expensive tickets. Upcoming expansions include an overhauled Carousel of Progress, a Cars-themed attraction, and a new Villains Land at the Magic Kingdom. Disney’s Hollywood Studios will introduce a Monsters, Inc.-themed land called Monstropolis in 2027, while Disney’s Animal Kingdom will replace DinoLand U.S.A. with Indiana Jones and Encanto-themed attractions.
In addition to park price hikes, Disney has raised subscription costs for its streaming services. The ad-free Disney+ plan will increase by $2.50 to $21.49 monthly, while the ad-free Disney+ and Hulu bundle will rise by $2 to $21.99. Standalone ad-supported Disney+ and Hulu subscriptions will increase by 50 cents to $12.49 per month. This marks the fourth time in four years that Disney has raised prices for its streaming services.
