Disney World Raises Drink and Food Prices Across Parks
Walt Disney World has increased beverage prices across its parks, adding to the rising costs of a Disney vacation. Fountain drinks now cost $4.99, up from $4.79, while coffee prices have jumped by 16 percent to $4.99. Specialty drinks like the Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry Slushy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios have also seen a $1.50 increase, bringing the price to $18.
The price hikes extend beyond drinks. Quick service meals have seen increases ranging from 50 cents to $1 per item, with dishes like the Chipotle Barbecue Pork and Street Corn Mini Corn Dogs at Magic Kingdom now priced at $13.49 instead of $10.99. Ticket prices are climbing too, with Magic Kingdom and EPCOT reaching $229 for a one-day ticket on the most expensive dates in November and December 2027.
To manage the increased costs, visitors are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles, ask for free ice water, and budget drinks as part of their meal plans. Sharing large drinks and opting for resort coffee instead of park coffee can also help stretch the budget.
While small increases may seem insignificant, they add up quickly for families. A family of four ordering four fountain drinks at each meal could pay about $8 extra for drinks alone over a five-day trip. Similarly, two adults enjoying coffee each morning for a week would pay nearly $10 more than before.
