Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Unveils 2026 Menu Line-up

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is returning for its 17th year, and the menu line-up has been unveiled. The two-night festival will take place on November 20 and 21, offering a variety of unique dishes, over 170 beverage selections, and live entertainment in a vibrant atmosphere.

The event will feature dishes from several restaurants, including Bourbon Steak by Celebrity Chef Michael Mina, Il Mulino, and Rosa Mexicano. Some highlights from the menu include Lasagna from Il Mulino, Oyster Espuma from Todd English's bluezoo, and Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib from Bourbon Steak.

Returning themed areas will also be featured, including the Beer Garden, For the Love of Florida, Chinatown, and the Bubble Lounge. The festival offers unlimited tastings, world-class cuisine, and lively entertainment from 5-9 p.m. each evening. Guests can save 10 percent by purchasing bundle tickets for both nights.
