Disney World Ticket Prices Set to Skyrocket Again
Walt Disney World is increasing its ticket prices for the first time in history. The company has released theme park tickets for the first 10 months of 2027, with significant increases across all four parks. Magic Kingdom's peak one-day ticket price jumps from $199 to $219, a $20 increase.
The current record price is expected to rise even higher when Disney releases November and December dates. With Christmas in 2027 falling within this period, prices could soar by another $10 or more for the busiest holiday dates.
Disney's pricing model allows for flexible increases based on demand. While ticket prices are rising, lower-cost dates remain available during slower travel periods. However, these cheaper tickets often fall during less desirable times, limiting flexibility for families with school-aged children.
The $200 barrier has disappeared at Disney World, with three parks now offering peak 2027 prices above this threshold. Magic Kingdom's new record price of $219 is a significant shift from previous years.
