Disney World Unveils Limited-Edition 55th Anniversary Merchandise

Disney World is celebrating its 55th anniversary on October 1, and to commemorate the occasion, the company has released a new collection of merchandise. The collection includes a blue-and-red Mickey Mouse plush toy, a pair of blue ears, a hoodie, tees, a backpack, hat, mug, and tumblers. Frank and Earliene, two cast members who have worked at Walt Disney World since its opening in 1971, modeled pieces from the collection while sharing their memories of the resort.

The Mickey plush toy is particularly noteworthy, with Disney's preview calling it 'absolutely doing its job' on the blog writer. However, a complete price list for the merchandise was not provided, so guests should check prices in store before making a purchase. The 55th Anniversary Merchandise Collection is available now at Emporium and Creations Shop at Walt Disney World, while supplies last.
