Disney World Updates and Menu Reveals Abound This Week

Disney World has been abuzz with changes and updates this week. In addition to ongoing construction projects, several new restaurants have announced their menus for upcoming events. Among them is the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, which will feature dishes from popular Disney World restaurants like SMOKIN' D'S BBQ and Todd English's Blue Zoo.

Attendees can look forward to trying items such as slow-cooked Berkshire pork belly with hickory-smoked cane sugar 'cloud', carrot ginger puree, chai apricot glaze, and crunchy garlic from SMOKIN' D'S BBQ. Meanwhile, Todd English's Blue Zoo will offer oyster espuma with Gruyère panna cotta, champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy parmesan, and tobiko caviar.

Elsewhere in the resort, a new scene has been added to the Animal Kingdom show Zootopia: Better Zoogether. The updated show now includes character Mayor Winddancer from Zootopia 2, who can be seen live on air introducing the Zoogether Day festivities.
