Disneyland's Next Great Chapter: Tomorrowland Revamp and New Avengers Rides

Disneyland is embarking on its next major expansion wave, which includes revamping Tomorrowland and introducing new Avengers-themed attractions. The Anaheim theme park has announced plans to invest heavily in the area that has been part of Disneyland since it opened in 1955.

The overhaul of Tomorrowland will feature new attractions, more open space, and other experiences. However, Disney officials have not provided many details about what they are planning for the area, only stating that it will be a reimagined version of Walt's park while continuing to invest in Disney California Adventure.

Construction is already underway on two new Avengers rides: Stark Flight Lab and Avengers Infinity Defense. These rides will double the size of the six-acre Avengers Campus, which opened in 2021, and will reconnect it with nearby Cars Land. The rides are scheduled to open in 2028.
