Disney's Animal Kingdom Prepares for Tropical Americas Revamp in 2027

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is undergoing significant changes as it prepares for the opening of Tropical Americas in 2027. The land will feature new attractions themed to Encanto and Indiana Jones, as well as revamped shopping and dining options.

Crews are working on the main entrance to the land, with a large temple-like structure taking shape. The exterior of the Indiana Jones attraction is also being updated, with weathered detailing and colors that match the concept art.

Construction has been ongoing for some time now, but recent photos have provided a glimpse into the progress made so far. The old DINOSAUR building is still visible, albeit in a state of renovation.
