The Carthay Circle Restaurant is inspired by the Carthay Circle Theatre in Los Angeles, where Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs premiered in 1937. It features Spanish Colonial Revival architecture and houses both a restaurant (upstairs) and a lounge (downstairs).
