Disney's Hollywood Studios Brings Walt Disney Animation Studios to Life

The Walt Disney Animation Studios lot in Burbank, California, has been transformed into an immersive experience for visitors at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Inspired by the Emmy Award-winning short film 'Once Upon A Studio,' this reimagined area brings beloved characters and films to life.

Visitors can explore the Animation Courtyard, which features iconic details like Pluto's Corner in a relaxed park-like setting designed for families to enjoy together. The courtyard is filled with Easter eggs and hidden details that reward visitors for taking a closer look.

The area is home to 'Off the Page!,' where visitors can meet their favorite characters and spot maquettes, small sculptures built to study characters from every angle. The gallery in Treasures Untold features keepsakes, mementos, and iconic artifacts from across Walt Disney Animation Studios' history, including Jiminy Cricket's suit and gold star pin.

The courtyard is also home to the Animator's Office, a detail-packed space designed to feel like a real animator has just stepped away from their desk. The animation desk is preserved from the original Animation Academy at Hollywood Studios, serving as a tangible connection to the park's longstanding animation legacy.
