Disney's Hollywood Studios Offers Exclusive Holiday Experience at The Hollywood Brown Derby

The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios is now offering Jazzy Holidays, an exclusive holiday experience available on select nights from November 7 through January 5, 2027. This event is part of the Disney Jollywood Nights package and requires a separate ticket.

Guests can book their reservations online or by calling Disney Central at 407-WDW-DINE. The standard Hollywood Brown Derby menu will not be available during this time, with an exclusive menu of light bites and craft cocktails on offer instead.

The menu includes Jazzy Sliders, Chorizo Arancini, Pork Belly Bao, Tofu Bao, and Char-grilled Chicken Yakitori. Cocktails include a Cranberry-Jalapeño Margarita made with Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Cointreau Liqueur, Lime Juice, and House-made Cranberry-Jalapeño Simple Syrup.

A valid Jollywood Nights event ticket is required and is not included with the dining reservation. Food and beverages are available for purchase separately, and only guests 21 and older can order alcohol. Space is limited, so booking in advance is recommended.
