Disney's Hollywood Studios Unveils New Character Statues Ahead of Animation Experience Debut

Disney's Hollywood Studios has been buzzing with excitement as fans eagerly await the return of The Magic of Disney Animation, an interactive experience inspired by the acclaimed short film Once Upon A Studio. To further build anticipation, new character statues have been added to the Animation Courtyard area.

The latest additions include Bolt playing tug-of-war with two 99 Dalmatian puppies from 101 Dalmatians, Bruni from Frozen 2 at the base of a post, and Meeko enjoying a snack on nearby green space. These new characters join other statues inspired by Once Upon A Studio.

The Magic of Disney Animation is set to open on September 14th, with the area already welcoming guests into its reimagined space. The courtyard features character statues, lawns, and overhangs, along with a replica of the Roy E. Disney Animation Studios building in Burbank. A poster for the marquee attraction has also appeared at the entrance to the area.

The addition of new character statues enhances the immersive experience for guests visiting the Animation Courtyard. The area is themed around the short film Once Upon A Studio, featuring characters coming together in front of a replica of the Disney Animation Studios building.
