Disney's Lakeshore Lodge Gets Ready for Summer 2027 Opening

Disney's Lakeshore Lodge is one of the most highly anticipated new resorts at Walt Disney World, and on July 1, 2027, it will finally open its doors to guests. Located along Bay Lake, the resort has been in development for some time now, with various details and amenities being revealed over the past few months.

One of the newest reveals is Branch & Brush, a lounge located just beyond the main lobby that overlooks Bay Lake. The space will serve handcrafted cocktails in a setting inspired by the changing seasons, including a colorful chandelier designed to shift through the four seasons.

The lobby itself looks like it could become one of the resort's biggest draws, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out toward Bay Lake and a fiber-optic 'river' running through the floor. Overhead, guests will find a suspended glass sculpture inspired by 'Colors of the Wind.'
