The Magic Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World is in for a busy transition period this October. The month will see the continuation of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which will affect park hours throughout the entire month.

The party nights are scheduled to take place on October 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 13, 15, 16, 18, 22, 23, 25, 27, 29, and 31. On these nights, the park will close early at 6 p.m. for regular guests without a party ticket.

Meanwhile, Disney is also preparing for Christmas by introducing holiday decorations in late October. This means that guests visiting near the end of the month can expect to see both Halloween and Christmas elements around the park.

The Diamond Horseshoe restaurant will be transformed into a limited-time pop-up experience starting on October 4. The menu will feature Western-inspired dishes such as charcuterie, glazed sticky ribs, queso fundido, and sweet golden corn fritters.
