Disney's Magic of Animation Cuts Hours by Half at Hollywood Studios

The Magic of Disney Animation at Hollywood Studios will see its operating schedule change from 12 hours to just 8, starting September 28. The experience opened on September 14 with a soft opening and was initially set to run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

This reduction in hours means guests who want to visit the attraction later in the day will have to enter before 6 p.m., as it will be closed by then. The new schedule also changes the morning plan, with The Magic of Disney Animation opening at 10 a.m. instead of 9 a.m.

The experience itself offers various activities, including Olaf Draws, where guests can learn to draw Disney animated characters, and Off the Page, which brings character interactions into settings designed around different animation departments.
