Disney's Piston Peak National Park Coming to Magic Kingdom

Disney has revealed plans for a massive new land at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, Florida. The area will be themed around Pixar's Cars franchise and feature two rides, including one that emulates off-roading in open-air vehicles.

The concept art shows the new land, called Piston Peak National Park, with its main attraction being a thrilling ride through mountain structures and forested terrain. Guests will ride in four-person vehicles, taking in the scenery while enjoying an adrenaline-pumping experience.

A second family-friendly ride will feature spinning cars, with Miss Fritter from Cars 3 as the centerpiece character. Disney has not shared an opening timeline for Piston Peak National Park, but estimates suggest it may open no earlier than 2029.
