A new documentary series on Disney+ explores the connection between filmmakers and their associated theme park projects. The 60-minute film, directed by Leslie Iwerks, takes viewers behind the scenes of Disney's theme parks, including Disneyland in California and Abu Dhabi.

The documentary features interviews with former Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger and several other filmmakers, including Pete Docter, chief creative officer of Pixar Animation Studios. Docter shares his childhood memories of visiting Disneyland, where he was influenced by attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean.

Docter notes that Pirates of the Caribbean is still one of his favorite rides, describing it as 'magic.' The documentary also highlights Disney's efforts to bring beloved films to life in its theme parks, including Monsters, Inc. at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida.
