Disney's Wilderness Lodge Hit by Water Outage Affecting Boulder Ridge Villas

A water outage has hit Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, leaving guests without normal running water for over 24 hours. The problem began on Saturday afternoon, August 8, with water pressure dropping significantly throughout the resort.

By Sunday, August 9, guests were still reporting little to no water pressure in their villas, along with toilets that could not be flushed. Disney is relocating some affected guests to other Walt Disney World Resort hotels while crews work to resolve the issue.

Guests have been relocated to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Disney's Old Key West Resort. However, available accommodations may vary depending on party size and room type. Disney is also offering refunds or adjustments for impacted stays.
