When Treasury yields reach their highest point in over a year, most dividend stocks struggle to compete for investor dollars. However, three US-listed Dividend Kings have managed to keep raising their payouts despite this challenge.

Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson are the companies in question. They all have a long history of increasing their dividends, with Coca-Cola having raised its payout every year since 2022, Procter & Gamble declaring 70 consecutive years of dividend increases, and Johnson & Johnson boasting 64 consecutive years of dividend growth.

The quarterly dividend for these companies has increased steadily over the past few years. For example, Coca-Cola's quarterly dividend rose from $0.44 in 2022 to $0.53 in 2026, while Procter & Gamble's payout jumped from $1.0568 in 2025 to $1.0885 in 2026.

These companies' balance sheets and free cash flow provide the financial muscle needed to sustain their dividend growth. For instance, Coca-Cola raised its 2026 free cash flow guide to approximately $12.4 billion, while Procter & Gamble committed to over $10 billion in dividends and approximately $5 billion in buybacks for fiscal 2027.
