DMP Bolsters Leadership Team with Industry Veterans
Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has strengthened its leadership team with two new hires. John Haspel, a veteran of the physical security industry with over 30 years of experience, has been appointed director of sales engineering. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his roles at various security technology companies, including Verint and Cisco Systems.
Haspel's background in sales engineering, technical services, product management, training, and program leadership will be valuable assets to DMP. He began his career as an alarm technician before transitioning into sales engineering positions at several major companies.
In his new role, Haspel is excited about the opportunity to build a unified platform with DMP's full VMS (Video Management System) platform, which combines intrusion detection, access control, fire, and video technologies. He believes this convergence of systems will be a challenge in the industry and sees DMP as having a strong foundation for addressing it.
Tom Sinciro, another seasoned security professional with over three decades of experience, has joined DMP as executive director of national accounts. His background includes positions at Gunnebo Entrance Control, Avigilon, and Oncam, where he developed strategic growth initiatives and built national teams.
Sinciro plans to establish a national accounts program that focuses on strengthening relationships with key integrators and end users, creating enterprise-level opportunities. He aims to promote a culture of accountability, trust, and support within DMP.
